Thank you for your interest in the Blues, Views and BBQ competition. We are changing things up this year, moving away from a traditional KCBS Contest - creating a Pro-Invitational Challenge & Throwdown “Iron Chef.”

  If selected for our contest, you will be able to compete in 4 categories - Chicken, Ribs, Chef’s Choice, and Iron Chef. The only “twist” is our amateurs will have the opportunity to “buy in” and compete against you in Iron Chef category, therefore creating the “BBQ Throwdown.”

For the “Iron Chef” Competition, we will be giving all teams participating in this event, the three main ingredients (vegetable, starch, and meat). You will then be allowed to add what ever you want to create your winning entry. You MUST use the three “mystery” items supplied.

  There will be music entertainment throughout… There will also be games and plenty of fun for the kids and families to come and enjoy.
